Gail Baral is the founder and creative director of Algabar. She combines her talents as a tea expert, interior designer, photo stylist and gracious host to create private and corporate events, lectures and tastings that highlight her passion for teaching people about tea, tea culture and the benefits of meditation.

Years of personal meditation practice and study lead Gail to launch rituals4wellbeing which is dedicated to creating signature tea and meditation experiences that educate, enlighten and inspire.
