When did you start drinking tea?
I started drinking chamomile tea when I was 19.
On a typical day, what Algabar teas do you drink and when?
In the morning: Sultan’s Jewel - Black tea with Cardamon
In the afternoon: Green Goddess - Japanese GenMaicha
While cooking: Blue Moon - Rooibos with Blueberry
Do you have any favorite teapots or tea tools?
My cast iron teapot. It is beautiful to look at; hefty to hold, and the water makes a beautiful arc as it pours from the spout.
Do you have a tea ritual or favorite tea experience that you would like to share?
Recently when my 10 year old nephew spent the night, I made chamomile tea and we sat together chatting. It was a wonderfully quiet moment in this mortal coil.
